How much do your services cost?

The Midwest Region offers the perfect environment to many different pest species to flourish. Different pests require a different treatment, and therefore a different price. Redline Pest Control offers customized contracts to meet your budget nee and specific expectations. Our prices reflect that. When you contact our office at 816-833-BUGS or 913-223-5796 we will provide an approximate price range for the pest you describe. Our technicians will confirm the accuracy of that estimate during your free inspection. During the inspection, one of our representatives will thoroughly investigate your concern; give you his or her recommendation for treatment, and Redline Pest Control’s price for the service.


What if I just want one service, not an ongoing contract...Are you going to make me sign-up for a year?

Redline Pest Control also offers one time services and we will guarantee our work for a certain period of time. The technician or inspector will be able to give you a written, individualized guarantee at the time of inspection. For long term solutions, peace of mind we recommend programs like our Deluxe Service Program that controls a wide variety of pests on a bi-monthly frequency. We have found that these programs are the most effective way to protect your home and property from pests year round. However, We will never lock you into a service program that you do not want or need. Although the Deluxe service program is an ongoing service, you are not "stuck" in a contract, we just provide an agreement that you can cancel at any time before your next service.


Do you offer Green or all-natural services?

Yes, we offer you our Natural Choice Program, using only organic products. You can rely on our well-trained and knowledgeable staff to make educated decisions when protecting you from pest activity.

Do you guarantee your work?

While it is difficult to guarantee the total eradication of all pest activity, Redline Pest Control will warranty our work, under most circumstances. We warranty initial services for one year if the recommended treatment is accepted by the customer. The initial service, depending on the pest, may require 1-3 follow-up visits in order to warranty the results of a service. Our every-other-month Deluxe Service Program is the lowest frequency service plan that we can warranty year-round. This means that if you have us out every-other-month on a regular basis, but discover a new or stubborn pest issue in-between visits, we will come out to solve that problem ASAP, at no additional cost. Redline Pest control also offers one time services and we will guarantee our work for a certain period of time. The technician or inspector will be able to give you a written, individualized guarantee at the time of inspection.


What are your payment options?

We accept Visa/Master Card payments, personal checks and cash.


What products do you use?

We use a variety of products of both synthetic and organic ingredients. The product needed to control a pest concern is generally determined after the pest is identified and the level and location of infestation is determined. Regardless of what product we use, we apply all products responsibly and to remote areas, causing the least exposure to our clients and our environment. It’s also important to note that Redline Pest Control does not rely solely on products to solve your pest concerns. We combine treatment methods for the most effective solutions and prevention of future concerns.


Where are you located?

Redline Pest Control Home Office is located in Independence, MO. However, we service areas throughout Kansas. All of our technicians are local to the communities that they serve and are proud to be educating and protecting their communities!


Do you service on weekends?

We schedule our appointments at the convenience of our clients. We prefer to keep our scheduling during the week but will schedule for Saturdays if we have the availability to do so! Redline Pest Control normal hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8AM – 5PM. If you happen to call when our office is closed, leave a message as we check our messages periodically throughout the evenings and weekends. We will return your call the next business day, if not sooner.
